Regarding Covid-19:

The health and safety of all patients is our number one priority. We have implemented several procedures designed to protect you and those you love, including temperature checks in the lobby, designated well waiting areas, curbside lab draws, and disinfecting techniques that are above and beyond our standard protocol.

In order to reduce your potential for exposure to the Coronavirus, while making sure that you don't experience delay in care, we are offering patients the option of a Televisit. This is an opportunity to visit with your doctor by phone, rather than in a face-to-face encounter. The only equipment required is a telephone, either mobile or landline. Simply call and let us know that you want to change an existing appointment to a Televisit, or that you would like to schedule a Televisit. You will be given a date and time to expect a call. During the call you can discuss any concerns you may have as well as order refills for most prescription drugs. This option is available for our Sheffield, Greenhill, and Express Care patients.

Rapid Covid-19 Testing for $80 is available at Medical Associates of the Shoals in Sheffield by lab appointment. It is covered by most insurances. It is also available at Medical Associates of the Shoals in Greenhill, and at our Express Care of the Shoals location in Sheffield.
